RCS Professionals Featured in United Dairy Farmers of Florida’s Ray’s Report
The latest Ray’s Report in Herd Dairy News highlighted a recent planning session at Alliance Dairies in Trenton, where United Dairy Farms of Florida (UDFF) convened its technical staff to discuss environmental compliance priorities and member needs.
Royal Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS) was represented by Richard Jones and Kim McCue, who participated on-site, and Brian Roy, who contributed virtually. They joined other experts — including Del Bottcher, W.C. Hart, Stefani Weeks, Mike Holloway, and Ray Hodge — to review emerging regulatory issues and begin preparations for the 2026 UDFF operations.
Key discussion topics included environmental regulations, cost-share funding for nutrient management and water conservation, and upcoming DEP Minimum Flow (MFL) rulemaking for the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee region. The group emphasized strategies to help dairy producers secure funding opportunities, stay ahead of compliance requirements, and protect future water allocations.
By bringing together technical professionals and industry leaders, UDFF’s session reaffirmed its commitment to supporting members with sound guidance and practical solutions. RCS is honored to contribute to this collaborative effort, ensuring dairy producers have the resources and planning needed to thrive in a challenging regulatory landscape.
